Carpooling for tomorrow
To follow up on the Bike-to-work program, implemented at the company in 2003 to reduce air pollution, Sanofi is pursuing its environmental commitment by providing its employees with a simple alternative to ease the commute between home and work. The company is offering an online carpool service in collaboration with The Carpooling Network. This free tool allows employees to find one or several carpool partners among colleagues or network members, based on their preference. The service is quick, efficient and secure. The system matches people based on origin/destination points, work hour compatibility and certain personal preferences.

| Furthermore, employees who take part in this initiative will be allowed to park their vehicles in the “carpooler” reserved spaces (first row of upper parking). However, as the reserved parking spots are limited, they are available on a first come, first served basis.
The use of such a system meets the sustainable development criteria implemented by Sanofi recognized as an environmental and sustainable development leader. This is the reason Sanofi encourages its employees to carpool. The company hopes this alternative will enable us all to reduce our eco-footprint.
